Colin, you are one of the greatest gifts god has given me. I thank him everyday for giving you to your dad and I. You came into this world so frail and weak. I have watched you grow into a strong little boy and to look at you now it is hard to believe that we were so worried about you. Your smile makes even the worst days seem better and the good days great. I can't imagine not having you in my life. You mean more to me than I could ever express with words. The years seem to be going so fast that I try to relish every day with you!! You are growing up so fast that I am afraid to blink because I might miss something that you do or say! You have such a great sense of humor and you make me smile everyday. I watch you everyday growing into such a wonderful young man and I know before I know it you will be grown but something you must always remember is you bring me joy, happiness and the knowledge that your dad and I have done something great by bringing you into this world! If you learn one thing from us it should be that no matter how terrible things seem we will always be there for you and nothing will ever stop us from loving you. You are my little miracle and nothing will ever change that. There only three things that I want you to do in your life and they are, be the best person you can be, remember that you deserve all the good things in life that you receive and that your family loves you more than anything else in this world. If you remember these things I know you will be whatever you want to be in life. I love you my little miracle.
